Grilled teriyaki salmon with a bit of apple/hickory smoke on it. Should be tasty.

Ground some prime strip steak and formed into 1/2 lb burgers. Served with some balsamic-sweated onions and sharp cheddar. White cheddar mac & cheese and seared spinach. Noble Pils

BLT’s with lettuce, and onions from our first CSA box of the season. Also did up some potato’s and fresh garlic.

Getting closer to perfecting my technique for pizza on the grill. Tonight’s effort with homemade sauce, hot italian sausage, banana peppers, red onion, and a mozz/fontina blend was the best yet. Thin, crispy crust with nice little blackened bits.

Had this awesome mixed thing my wife made with bulgar, black beans, chicken, cheese, spices, cilantro, and some more stuff I’m sure. It was awesome and healthy.
