Just to know, it’s almost impossible that a typical italian surname starts with "H" :)

The only words beginning with h in the spoken italian language are hotel, hobby, hacker, hardware, hippy, hostess, habitué, hamburger, harakiri, happy hour...and they are not italian! ahah

PS: I’m going to drink one Edelweiss weizen soon :))

Small glass of Southern Tier Gemini poured from a bomber. One of my favorite DIPAs. I also had some last night. This particular bottle is a little earthier and maltier, and almost buttery, than usual. Still, a good bitter hop-kick and some nice citrus flavors to keep it fairly tasty.

This afternoon in my Rogue Imperial Stout vertical a 2006 750 ceramic bottle. Nice and chocolaty and still nicely carbonated with a one finger cinnamon tan head.
