Today is only the second time I’ve used Wyeast. I popped the inner packet and it swelled up tight in about two hours. I just want to make sure that’s normal. It’s Wyeast 3068, mfg 07may12. Thanks. |

Yup that’s perfect. They say it takes 3-5 hours, but if it’s nice and puffed it should be ready to be sanatized (the pouch that is) and added. Whatcha brewing? |
