Message cbkschubert beers 2901 º places 44 º 11:39 Sun 6/17/2012 Today is only the second time I’ve used Wyeast. I popped the inner packet and it swelled up tight in about two hours. I just want to make sure that’s normal. It’s Wyeast 3068, mfg 07may12. Thanks.

Message JoePeesie beers 924 º places 68 º 12:11 Sun 6/17/2012 Yup that’s perfect. They say it takes 3-5 hours, but if it’s nice and puffed it should be ready to be sanatized (the pouch that is) and added. Whatcha brewing?
