2 is fine, 1 is awful.

I’d go with something along the foundry theme. Ironwrought Ales or Alloy Brewery. (I’m not great with brewery names.)

Both of these are pretty bad:

Dank-unpleasantly moist or wet

Vanguard - The world’s largest Mutual Funds Company, I’d be worried about some kind of copywrite infringement.

Is the old Steel Foundry Company fondly remembered locally? Maybe you can find something to take advantage/tie in to that if so?

Do either of those names relate?

My vote is The Old Foundry, or Molten Metal, or Hot Metal, or Steel Mill, or Blast Furnace, or Austenite (a phase of steel)
