Visited on my last night in Belgium after hearing a lot about it. Wasn't overly impressed with the selection, mostly stuff available elsewhere for cheaper with the odd exception. Service wasn't great either, a bit snooty and slow at times. Not sure it's somewhere I'd come back to sadly although the decor was unique and nice to see.
Beautifull architecture both outside and inside the building and historical interesting bar. The prices are ok but not more than that. The service lacked erverything. No information, not even a smile. Booring selection comparede to other bars in Brussels.
Nice beer hall, quite busy on a Friday afternoon, has some great character. Beer is a bit expensive, but they have giant glassware. Service was rushed, and seemed annoyed to serve a foreigner. A few bites of food to eat. Some unique sweet lambics on tap which might be worth a stop by itself.
Place looks nice inside, and they have the faro. Not much else to say really. Very expensive, service was OK but what's up with the minimum 15 euro spending to use a card? The expensive beer prices should cover their costs easily.
