Nice little shop with quite a selction of Dutch beers. Meanwhile I had an interest in English beers and Dean was kind enough to help me out adding a few new beers to my list. Great guy and place, will return for sure.
A small bottle shop in a narrow street, very close to the central train station. I was attracted there because of the many dutch micros, seen in the shop’s facebook page and I wasn’t disappointed, on the contrary, I was overwhelmed by the options, especially for such a small place. Good selection of foreign beers as well, some french, english and even swedish beers next to the wider available american ones. Very friendly owner, passionate about beer if I can tell by his collection of beer bottles, attendance to beer festivals and so on. Decent prices, since we are talking about micros.
This is one of the best collections of beer I have ever seen. Not only is the selection well picked but each beer has its ratebeer rating by it. The staff knows ever beer on the shelf as they are likely to have tried it. Sadly its a bit cold inside but it keeps the beer fresh. A must visit place for anyone looking for interesting and new beer.
Visited on a Thursday afternoon to have a chat with the very helpful and friendly owner Dean. Small shop in a small street just off the main streets of central The Hague, focus on a good range of Dutch small breweries with some occasional foreign rarity. Decent prices, friendly atmosphere, some brewing equipment lying around here and there adding to the charm of the place. Thanks again for all the info Dean, and see you around!
