A smallish taproom that is all in to the music theme that is the brewery. Bartender was a bit standoffish but knew the beer somewhat. They had 15ish taps with samplers available. No food on site. Prices were ok. Not the best SD has to offer.
Awesome bar in the old Mission Brewery building, right off the trolley tracks, so a quick stop is possible. Not in the best neighborhood, but I can see it getting gentrified some time in the near future. Service was good, knowledgeable and excited about the beer, but flustered because she was the only one there with a consistent crowd. Varied and delicious selection of house beers, including a couple cask lines. Cool place, an up and comer in the San Diego scene.
Interior is cozy, though not quite lived-in. Servers are alert and helpful. They offer a wide variety of their own brews - try a sampler, then take home a bottle or two. They are convenient to the San Diego trolleys, so you can make public transit your designated driver.
Nice selection of beers, individual samplers / tasters with bottles to go. Bartender did mess up and mis-poured 3 of my beers - realized after I drank them, but made it right by replacing for free. Was able to grab a limited bottle to go, so overall very happy I stopped here.
Visited on a Sunday afternoon. It’s located within walking distance of the airport rental car center, so if you have a little time to kill (like I did) look this place up. It’s inside the historic Mission Brewery plaza. What that actually is, I don’t know. Inside is very tastefully done and comfortable. A nice place to grab a couple beers or a flight, but not necessarily somewhere to hang out a while. They did have some cushy seats on the other side of the room. Sort of a coffee house kind of vibe, I guess. The beer list was pretty extensive with only the house beers. Lots of styles covered. The four beer sampler I had was pretty decent. Nothing amazing, but all the beers were drinkable and pleasant enough. I’ve had some beers from these guys in the past that have been enjoyable. The service was very pleasant and fast. Good knowledge of the beers. The only main drawback is the prices are high compared to other brewery tasting rooms. I think I paid $10 for four samples. Overall, a good place to stop for some ticks and decent beer. Especially if you’re stuck at the airport for a while.
Nice place. Parking can get weird. But, for a Friday night, it wasn’t nearly as bad as it could have been. Decent crowd, chill atmosphere. We came on top of the closing hour, so we got attentive service. Beers were delicious and the server was knowledgeable of the product. Worth coming back to.
Really liked this place. Very casual, but not your typical where house brewery. Kind of like a cigar bar. Anyway, the Citra Session IPA I had was stellar, as was the IIPA on Nitro. The brewer is doing some nice things with hops as these beers were literally exploding with dank delicious hops. They had 14 beers on, with a good mix of Belgians, IPA’s and Stouts. A real gem.

It is inside the old Mission brewery historic brick warehouse that looks abandoned, but has been revitalized. I didn’t see any signs for Acoustic anywhere so just had to trust Google maps. It is in there, the major institution in the complex. Inside, it is decorated like a swank night club and lounge with a fancier looking bar, dark lighting, leather sofas, and dark carpet. Acoustic had a huge number of house beers on tap, up to 18 with cask and nitro taps. Lots of beers I have never seen around town. Staff was very friendly, prices normal, and now they bottle with their different core brands available to go. Fun place, would recommend.
Located in the Mission St. building. A newer place with a good selection of beers on tap. The service was really good, was a little crowded, but the bartender kept up. Was glad we stopped in, well worth the visit.
