45 minutes by train from Munchen center (Isentor station), great connection every 20 minutes or even less goes a new train. Nice and well organised place, quite full of people around 8:30 a.m. Very efficient waiter that alone made tables, served food and usually even taped beer...let say that his job could work 6 French waiters and this one would still be faster. More than reasonable prices, very good food. We took breakfast, one menu (eggs, bacon, cherry tomatoes bread, butter and tea) and white sausage served with mustard and pretzl, plus three beers...and all of that for less than 18€. Unfortunately no seasonal beer at the time. Highly recommendable place even if you’re not travelling by plane.
Big place, and a bit of a bustle because of that, but the service was sharp. Pleasant enough decorative wooden interior helps you relax. Dunkel and Hefeweisse were lovely, the Hell was pretty decent too - certainly no corners being cut here, and they take pride in what they serve. I must admit I do like the idea of such airport brewpubs, this certainly increases Munich’s value as a via airport.

A brewpub at an airport - how cheesy! The intérieur is also a bit cheesy, but the beers are ridiculously cheap, especially considering it’s an airport. Service is fast and efficient (as it probably needs to be at an airport). The beer quality varies, but the Weizen is reliably better than the macro options, and much cheaper, so why not have it here?
Came here on 22nd of August 2016. Nice beer garden in front of the Terminal 2 entrance. Very original idea to place a beer garden in front of the Munich airport. Beer prices are very moderate, 2.75 € for a pint. Unfortunately did not like the Weissbier I had. After taste was strange and overall very light. Did not taste the pils and seasonal they had on the menue. Also food was mediocre at the best.
A surprising find in the Munich airport, every beer we sampled was flavorful, aromatic, and technical (no faults or flaws), all 3.6 and above for me. I never have high expectations for airport breweries but this is Germany, after all, where even an airport braumeister takes his work seriously. No throwaway or mailed-in beer here. The kitchen serves a lot of food typical of the region, as well as atypical dishes such as baked turkey breast and salmon filet.
