Went here on a Sunday night after the live rock music, and it had emptied considerably. Great vibe, quite beer-y, but quite rock-y too. Stunning menu, but, like most of Stockholm, almost everything was out of my price range. A fancy lambic or US import would have cost about 1 day’s wages in Estonia (and I am unemployed currently). So had 2 obligatory draught ticks, at a quite reasonable price I must say, and then rather than treating ourselves to something fancy, we just ran back to the better of the draught beers. It was a stunningly good bitter from Sweden, and at 55SEK/pint, I thought it was relatively good value for money for the region. Or would have been, if the barman hadn’t just said "on the house"! Spent the rest of the evening talking about some of the beers, and the beer/pub scene generally with him - gave me a warm buzz that beer was in safe hands in this pub and in this town/country. Shame about the macro stuff on tap - why?!?!? However, I won’t mark them down for that, they have plenty of classy beers. A very weird atmosphere, not really knowing whether it’s a live music venue or a beer-lovers’ paradise, but even if I was confused, I was happy. Worth a visit every time you’re in Stockholm. Absolutely world-class pub.

A nice bar in Slussen. Great beer selection, lots of vintage bottles, but expensive

Nice and peaceful during lunchtime, but busy, loud and packed with people during weekend nights. Great selection of local, European and American beers on taps with often something hard to find available as well. Their bottle list is huge and has a massive vintage catalog of Belgian beers. Probably one of the most expensive craft beer bars in the world, but if you are looking for rare vintage beers, this is the place to go.

One of the most enjoyable beer experiences of my life. Amazing bottle list with a rather decent slection of draft beers, too. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was excellent. I had the biff rydberg which was great. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

A nice, darkish, Belgian pub-restaurant near Slussen. Wooden, slightly English-style interior, large selection of, especially Belgian, bottles and a good set of taps featuring a lot of uncommon stuff (there’s one dedicated only to Cantillon beers even). I’ve only had the mussels there (a bunch of times), but they’ve been excellent. Served at lunch time for a decent price with fries, or after lunch hours in a number of different ways. Great atmosphere and good service. A joy to visit.

Unbelievable lambic selection available here that is unheard of anywhere else in the world. Sure, it’s super fucking expensive, but all of your friends will be super jealous when you tick these rare mofos. Kidding, of course. Excellent food and a kick ass, not imposing atmosphere. I left here minus a couple hundred bucks, but it was worth it nonetheless.

As an American, am I really this jaded? I read all of these reviews and dropped in. The ambiance is excellent, the interiors are pretty cool, beer paraphernalia is everywhere. Maybe I dropped in on a mediocre day, but the tap selection was not all that impressive. More notably, unlike most beer bars in Philly or DC, they actually had macros on tap, wasting space. For me, I go to bars because I like tap beer. If I want beer from a bottle, I will purchase it at a store for a cheaper price. That being said, they had Westvlteren and Narke, both beers that I could not dream of picking up in US stores; however, both were out of my price range. The food was excellent. I had some moules and my brother had the gnocci. The beer bar is certainly good, but when I think about a really excellent beer bar, my first rating criteria is tap selection, and, to be honest, I saw better ones in Scandinavia, not to say anything about the US. If I was an overprices lambic enthusiast, maybe I would be singing a different tune. I suppose that I just expected more.

We visited this beer mecca each day of our long-weekend trip to Stockholm. Interior is pseudo-traditional English pub-style. Even during the day this place is pretty busy and in the evenings you will be struggling to get a table. Staff varied from highly knowledgeable to average depending on who served us. Tap selection was decent enough, but I never saw anything particularly out of the ordinary, so concentrated on the bottle menu. The cuvee menu is simply outstanding, especially if you are a fan of lambic! They have many beers specially brewed for them e.g. Cantillon Reed Muscat/Pinot Noir, Vélomoteur, Drie Fontienen 50/50 Oude Gueuze, Närke Konjaks! Stormaktsporter to name but a few! All beers were served at perfect temperature and out of matching glassware. Deserves its place near the top of the best beer locations in the world. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive to drink in Sweden!

Impressing pub with a very good selection of belgium ales. A lot of lambics on the menu. Can be a bit overcrowded sometimes though.

Decor is very Applebee’s with antlers and other kitch lining the walls but too sterile (typically Swedish) to feel authentic. Always very crowded, especially on Sundays when there is live music (usually cheezy pop rock). Prices are slightly lower than other beer bars in town. Tap list is disappointing, mostly Swedish and Belgian standards plus rotating seasonals, almost nothing over 6% on tap. One third of the lines are the generic Carlsberg lineup. Huge bottle menu partially makes up for the weak draft menu. Guys behind the bar are friendly and efficient. Conveniently located near Slussen t-bana. Certainly the best beer bar in town, but not very impressive compared to places with a more developed beer culture.
