This is a locals pub in what seemed like a housing area in Rugby. It was a little tricky to find for us but the back of the pub can be seen from a large parking area. We stayed in the front room whereas the local lads seemed to be in the back room, with 2 adjoined bars. The young bar-maid was very pleasant and chatty. We only found one of the Atomic beers on sale on our visit, not sure how much they are producing these days. There was quite a small selection of ales in here but ours were well kept. Handily placed for the route back to the Station and The Seven Stars.

6th and final pub visited on our Rugby tour of 13.12.14. A decent selection of draught beers including one brewed on the premises by Atomic Brewery. The front bar was empty when we arrived, although the rear bar sounded fairly lively. Would visit again, but on this occasion was a little disappointed.

Rugby GBG regular for many a year. 2 roomed local with a good beer garden, recently acquired by the Atomic Group who brew on site. On my visit 6 real ales on - ever present London Pride and Hooky bitter with guests from Wentworth and Wood Street amongst others. No Atomic beers on which surprosed me! Place was dead on the date of my most recent visit - 20/09/12, however I have seen it packed. Back room is popular with the local rock crowd and the duke box reflects this. No world beater by any means but worth popping in on a Rugby crawl.
