Lots of space inside and outside on the big patio.
The tap selection is amazing. Not just quantity but quality. Had some beers I’ve been looking for for some time. Very friendly service and reasonable prices. This is one of the places I would like to visit again... and again... and again.
I like the bars in quiet neighborhoods, in the summer the patio is very enjoyable. They have so many good beers on tap that I didn’t even check thoroughly the bottles, but apparently there is some special beer from many places, some from Europe, many sours from Trinity, some HOTD etc… I don’t know if it’s always the case, but I could get 3oz pours of every beer, which is lovely, and for a reasonable price; friendly service. Will visit for sure when back in Portland. WiFi available.
Pretty fun stop during CBC week. Cash only. Lots of taps and lots of good beers on. Fun atmosphere with an outdoor patio. I could definitely spend a few hours their at it is definitely worth the stop. I get a bit of a Toronado vibe (in the music selection and cash only), but the beer lines are cleaner and it is less cramped.
First off: CASH ONLY! They do have an ATM here, but you will be charged $3, though if you bring the receipt up to the bar, they will give you $1 off your next order.
Obligatory stop in Portland. Not the hugest interior to this place with maybe a couple dozen seats at the bar and some small standing area. Mostly an outside place with a number of long communal tables.
The draft list is pretty huge and during my visit, almost all Oregon beers including a huge emphasis on hoppy beers. Lots of Boneyard IPAs in particular. Nice! Great bottle selection as well and the bottles are pretty reasonably priced. Just about all the draft beers are $5 with some pour sizes varying depending on the beer.
Between Ferris, Duffman, myself, and my other So Cal non-degenerate ticker friends, we did some serious damage here and had a great time.
Very large selection and they seem to move fast. The beer selection board is amazing and seems to be always updating. Very IPA centric, but guess that’s not so surprising. Probably should have sat on the patio as they inside was fine to start but turned into a jocky sausage fest a bit later. Big emphasis on metal on the stereo. But anyway, we came for the beer and that was great.
Amazing draft selection. Also bottle selection was interesting and had a chance try couple of ones from Russian River. Also Boneyard Notorious on tap was one of the best beers in the world. So overall excellent place.
