Laid back hipster/warehouse vibe that makes for a pleasant vist. About a dozen beers on tap, some good, others less so.

Visited on a Saturday evening around 8 PM. The place was busy, but not crazy. Turns out they were having their anniversary party. Good timing on my part. The draft list was pretty good, but unfortunately no flights for the event. That's alright, I got full pours of a few I was most interested in and hung out for a bit. Service was friendly and surprisingly quick for how busy they were. Did not have to wait more than a minute for any beer order. Hopefully I get to come back for flights later.

Visited on August 20, 2017. Placed in an industrial area, between a gentrified mall and slums. Lots of parking still. Very spacious and functional. Beers were solid with sours, ipas, saison, very varied. Service was friendly. All food sold from a machine, all craft chips, pork rinds, sandwiches... Pretty cool. 3 5 ounces pours for, 10$. À tad pricey.

In old warehouse - free parking on the street - no problems late on a Monday. Nice bar with a few tables. Pleasant place - glad I stopped by.

Not a lot of parking at the brewery. I walked from Metro which is possible but its a good distance so be prepared. Brewery is in an industrial areas so the inside space is rather large and cavernous. Huge outdoor patio with benches for large groups or mingling with like minded beer fans. Bar is rather small but lots of space inside and out. In the back room is the brewery operations with several more long benches. Back here there is also a corn hole setup which was constantly used. To the right is a small table section. They certainly seem to encourage people sitting together and meeting new people. Huge selection of beers which was really nice. Lots of different styles so something for everyone. Some pretty adventurous stuff here which was appreciated. No food but they seem to have food trucks regularly. There was one there that day I visited.

Easy and free street parking, which is a huge bonus for DC. Nice enough place with some outdoor seating and a bit of a warehousey interior. Brewing equipment on display, some tables and a long bar. Merchandise for sale. Staff was helpful, but somewhat preoccupied. 12 beers on tap, including three that oddly were not on the board, but were on the printed lists. Flights of three for $9, you choose. Pretty interesting mix, ranging from Helles to IPA to barrel aged saisons. Beers were decent to outstanding. I was impressed overall.

Stopped in with GenDV110+OT near the beginning of a long brewery touring day. Warehouse setting next to the Jos. A. Magnus distillery, which makes for a good one-two punch. As Donnie noted, there was a bluegrass jam thing going on, so they would not do tasters or flights. Annoying, but I get it. Staff is fairly cold. Beer is eh.

Visited during a DC/VA brewery crawl with DCLawyer. Pretty typical brewery in a small warehouse like other DC breweries. Friendly service for the most part. Five or six offerings on draft with some bottles and cans to go. Nothing you can’t really find elsewhere. They had some bluegrass thing going on and would only serve pints anticipating a big crowd, no tasters or growler fills. Okay stop if you’re hitting one of the other breweries around this area like DC Brau or Public Option.

Typical operating brewery/tasting room set up, with the brewing equipment taking up a large portion of the space inside. Five draft options (with a sampler option), with cans/bottles/growler fills for take away. A few picnic tables up front and a corn hold set-up as well. Family and dog friendly; probably a pretty chill spot to hang out for locals. In the hierarchy of beer spots in DC, this is behind Bluejacket/Right Proper/Churchkey, especially given the fact that it’s a bit out of the way. So not a "must visit" place compared to some of the other options available. But if you’re visiting and have the time, you can grab an Uber out here and hit both Atlas and DC Brau, which are about a 10-15 walk from one to the other.

Great small specialty brewery. This place was built to make great local beer not to impress the visitors. Industrial set-up in an industrial neighborhood. The beer is great, the people are friendly, the atmosphere is authentic.Welcome addition to the tri-state area.
