This is a small grocery store with a good sized walk-in beer cooler in the very back. The store has a nice deli section with plenty of international prepared foods. The whole store has a bit of the Mideastern feel to it. Clean and well lit it has a fine selection craft beers with a smaller but good selection of foreign beers. The place is easy to find on Barbur Boulevard with I-5 access. Not far from John’s Marketplace. I usually visit both places when I stop at John’s.

Very cool grocery store with tons of fresh exotic fruit and other goodies. But in the back is a massive beer cooler with tons of beer. All of it ice cold. Sort of amazing in such a location, this would be a world class beer store in most states. Tons of great beer, you will not be disappointed. Not up there with Portland's best bottle shops (Belmont, ABV, Beermongers etc.) but great. And the grocery store is really nice.

In the back of the store is a walk-in cooler that is cold as can be! Almost too cold to stay in for too long. Large variety of local and imported bottles, another place to find Heater Allen and a few other things that either don’t make it around to a lot of other stores, or are bought out quick enough that you don’t see them. I’ve visited on different trips to Portland and I’ve enjoyed the selection that the beer manager puts together. He hosts in-store tastings, and the wine and food selections are also quality. Very close to John’s as spikester mentioned, so take your business here rather than throwing your money away on John’s warm, dusty, old bottles.
