We stopped at Brasserie V for lunch on the way to Minneapolis and I needed several cases of New Glarus for friends back home. After checking the RateBeer map I saw this in walking distance, along with a Trader Joes. I actually didnt even want to go in at first because I thought this was a cafe and possibly a bar but not a bottle shop. Upon entering I saw two fridge doors in the back with some beer in them. Very small selection comprised mostly of New Glarus and Three Floyds (oddly enough). I got most of a case of Serendipity, most of a case of Strawberry Rhubarb, and a few bottles of the Raspberry Tart before heading on my merry way. Stlwill picked up a case or so of Three Floyds. The service was very friendly and went into the back to get more (to satisfy our hoarder tendencies) and made suggestions for other stuff, and of course cracked some jokes at the amount of beer that we were buying. They offered us coffee but I have no interest in coffee. Seems to be not that well known if you’re looking for some New Glarus and has a better selection than the Trader Joes across the street.

Certainly NOT a beer bottle shop. They may have one or two bottles to drink on-premises, but their to-go selection is all wine and coffee. Three common draft beers behind the coffee bar (Spotted Cow type stuff). This is a coffee shop, not a beer shop or bar.
