I visit Brighton quite often due to work and always end up in The Lanes for dinner or drinks. Bath Arms was likely the first pub I ever went to on my first trip to the UK and have been back many times since. I have eaten here a couple of times and found the food and service to be quite good however that may be due to the time of day given that is was pretty empty. Great ambience of a traditional English pub and worth a visit when making your way through The Lanes.

One of several pubs in The Lanes with plenty of Victorian Charm to it. This pub is only accessible through the narrow paths in the depths of Brighton’s most beautiful area which adds to the ambiance of the pub. It’s owned by Shepherd Neame and there’s ales from the brewery available, but it does a good job of having the odd guest as well. Food is available and it can get busy like most other pubs in the area.
