Great little bottle shop cum micro pub on the high street, just a few minutes walk from crewe railway station. Wide ranging UK beer choice, European and US bottles add to the mix and a good selection on keg, with a UK cask thrown in for good measure. Minicasks also available. For a small town, there’s a decent range in Crewe.

Visited on a hot Friday afternoon in July 2015 after around a 10 min walk from station, long narrow place with tables and bench seating, bottles along both walls and seems a really good range. 7 taps on the back wall, had a swift pint between trains. Decent value, place was busy, would visit again but with a little more time than a splash and dash

The Beer Dock is a cracking little bottle shop that you can sit in and drink from there vast selection or takeaway to enjoy at home. The beer is arranged by region (Cheshire, England, UK, ROW) to help you find what you’re after. They also have a selection of ales on tap. The staff are friendly and happy to offer advise on beers to try according to taste. The only problem is that the Beer Dock is a victim of its own success and the place is far too small so it can get quite cramped and awkward in there very quick.

A cracking bottle shop which also has 4 keg fonts. Beers from Brooklyn, Rat and 2 from Marble on keg on my call. Plenty of selection of beers from around the world and knowledgeable staff. There are also beer tables so you can enjoy your tipple whilst browsing. Excellent.
