Very conveniently located. Nice decor - lots of dark wood, dimly lit, but still spacious and welcoming. The selection of beer is outstanding, maybe the best I came across in Bruges. The food was tasty and satisfying, but not worth the 20 euros I payed for it. Overall the prices for food are quite high, the beer prices are slightly more reasonable, but not cheap. The service was painfully slow, and at times actually just ignored me, but they did seem to know their stuff, so I’ll give them some points for that. Service aside, highly recommended.
One of my favourite places in hometown Bruges, especially for the beer selection. The food is delicious and one will never leave the table with hunger. It is always crowded, but in a pleasant way. Be sure to make a reservation.
A great place to go! Good food, large selection of belgian beers, very nice and helpful personel. A classic gastropub!

Oldschool beer cuisine stop that has a massive book of a bottle list. List is nicely separated by style, food is pretty damn good. Ran into Dick Cantwell, the founder of Elysian here, so thats cool. Service was a bit slow, but it was surprisingly busy for a Thursday lunch.
