A small and old school place centrally located in Antwerp. An interesting taplist, an extensive and also interesting bottle list accompagnied by tasty Flemish food. It can be a bit expensive, though. A great bar, I really liked it here!
Old school looking place with new school taplist. Didn't look at the bottles. Place was completely full when we were there (it's quite small so I guess that happens a lot). We had a nice beer each and stood around a table outside. They also have food, looks like classic Belgian meat stews, not my thing. Pretty nice place, but would love to visit again when it's less crowded.
Small brown pub, very nice atmosphere if the dog doesn't hate you that is :D
Excellent selection each time I returned, always had to go for tasters since everything looks good and new. Didn't even get to the bottle list which also looks amazing.
Can't say a word of fault for the service, excellent!
Did not eat there so can't say much about that.
I'll definitely be returning!
Time to update my rating. First came here shortly after it opened 3 years ago and was very impressed. Since then it has gone from strength to strength to become arguably the best place in town. Beer choice, ambience, food and service are all excellent. And it's a short walk from the Kulminator. Highly recommended.
The dog (Billie) is miserable.
Relatively small pub in Antwerp, very quiet on a monday early evening. On the corner of a nice downtown street, with a nice painting on the outside wall as "No Crap, Just Craft" and hop cones, good promise. Had amazing beers here, Billie's great and he's setting up a nice craft beer festival this winter, sadly i cannot join it. Had some juicy ribs and a good time, certain beers were killers. If i were a local likely this would be my spot. Foreign beers were expensive, locals in the average.
Bar near center, has oldish feeling but modern attitude. Service is very good. Flights served! Selection is great, many new ticks even from tap and the bottle list is also great. Didn’t try food, but it looked amazing. Good prices. Overall: 2nd best after kulminator in Antwerp, and this means it is really really good.

What a baroque pub this is! Overdecorated, excesive and down-right cool. Eleven taps that rotate a lot, loads of bottles from Belgium and abroad and many not-so-easy-to-find brews in the menu. Friendly English-speaking staff, long opening hours and a great point: dogs are welcome. What more does it take? Maybe some old cellared ales, but just to be picky.

I have mixed feelings about this one. It’s a great place but with some downsides as well. They have a lot of beers and some interesting choices, but when we were there half of the beers on tap were finished (or finished soon after we arrived) and they weren’t replaced during our visit. A big plus is the possibility to taste 4 tap beers for 9 euros. The ambiance is good, cosy interior and nice music (oldie, rock), but it’s a bit cramped and can get hot and uncomfortable when it’s busier. The food was good as well, but I’m not as enthused as others. I’ve had a better beer-stew at Dansing Chocolade for example. The service is the only thing I can’t comment on: nice people and good beer knowledge. So, definitely go visit, it’s a good beer place, but don’t expect the best.
Nice place with high tops for 4-6 folks and small patio. Interesting tap list that included Rodenbach Alexander and well selected but not too unique bottle list. Good food makes this a must stop over for beer. Wifi was not working...
