Manuele, ever the gracious host, set us up with a gratis tasting of their tap beers while we noshed on various bryschette and pizze. Very creative food, mostly pizza and other beer accompaniments, and an amazing range of all-Italian micros. Worth going far out of your way to try.
This place is awesome. I couldn’t believe the selection of Italian craft beers. I couldn’t believe there were even any Italian craft beers. This place must have them all. And each one was great, save one that was just okay. The atmosphere is very upper-class dining with a bar at the front. We will be going back for dinner because the food looked and smelled awesome. The owners were very nice and helpful and had no problem telling me anything I wanted to know. Definitely recommend. The go across the street for some rare Cantillons.
Pizza e fritti strepitosi!!
Wow what can I say. This place is a hidden gem. A dream venue for food and beer. I go in after direct introductions and am treated to extra stunning Italian hospitality.
The food here is mesmerising. I had the best ever asparagus meal here. There is a certain eye for detail here which is WAY WAY WAY above most venues. This place should be a Michelin Star. I was stunned.
I had five beers, all fresh on, all perfectly conditioned, excellently trained staff,.the asparagus I loved and visually was such a work of art I was too worried to eat. The taste was sublime.
If you want to have craft beer and you have a date and you need to take your date out go here. It’s seriously awesome. 45 minute waiting ques on a Saturday night in Roma is SAYING SOMETHING.
Have to say I was at world’s peace several times here to top it all they can produce a bottle or two which will blow your mind.
Please open up a chain in England.
Locale sito in trastevere.
Servizio ottimo e garbato.
The best pizza in Rome and the number 1 address for italian micros. The service is perfect. The negative aspect is that the prices are high.

This place was tipped to me and so on our Rome trip we went here. We made a reservation, which was probably a good thing since it was busy. Nice crowded atmosphere. All taps are Italian organic craft beers and are 5 euro. We got a menu with nice explanation of them all but only in Italian (which I don´t speak). Food is fantastic; modern Italian and loads of flavour. Beers themselves are from different styles and tasteful. Unfortunately (for some friends) they really serve only beer and water - no softdrink, juice or wine. Staff was very busy and there was a language barrier sometimes but very helpful. Recommended if you visit Rome especially since since the Trastevere neighbourhood is very nice to go to anyway (not as touristy and with loads of shops).
Bir&Fud (in Italian is pronounced "beer and food") is so much like Pizzeria Paradiso in Washington DC it is uncanny. But Bir&Fud puts Paradiso to shame. The prices are always 5 Euro for drafts, which rotate very quickly. The beer pours are always stellar. I think one out of fifteen beers I tried there did not have a 5/5 for appearance. These bartenders are trained so well to pour the beers. Bartenders were also very knowledgeable about the beers: what style they fall under, what notes to expect. Their recommendations were all spot on. Many flat out told me, "This beer sucks. Here, try this one instead." I’m giving a 15/15 for selection since Bir&Fud shares a cellar with Ma Che Siete so it is impossible to rate the selection differently at these places. Food was fabulous: very well prepared, well presented, quick, delicious. Atmosphere was crowded, loud, fun, beer oriented, group oriented. Why can’t every place be like Bir&Fud.
