This place exceeded my expectations! Good service, comfortable seating areas, good choice and quality beers (their brand and other breweries) and reasonable pricing. Better than most bars in Burbank! Only downside was the pizza was very dry and too much pastry.

BJ’s restaurants are always set up nicely and usually in nice areas but this takes it to a whole other level. First off the entire parking lot behind the restaurant is valet only and I saw a number of expensive Mercedes parked out front. There is a shared parking lot next door and only the second floor of that is free to park in. Inside is kind of odd since there are two bars, only one of which was being used. That one has all the house beers prominently displayed as well as some guest beers. The other bar had all the bar stools leaned against it and for what ever reason didn’t have the signs showing for the house beers. It looked more like a serving area than a bar but there were taps and bar stools, so who knows. On a quiet Sunday afternoon the hostesses were more than happy to offer me a table, which I turned down in favor of the bar. The servers were nice, despite the fact that I was driving a $3000 (at best) Pontiac and wearing a heavy metal tshirt and not dressed up in a bunch of gold chains and stinking of cologne.

I certainly wouldn’t drive from Riverside to Burbank for this but it is right off the freeway so if I needed a burger on my way to/from somewhere and I wanted to spend $12 for that privilege there are worse places to be. Actually, the saving grace is the beer prices, and the fact that they were advertising their new DIPA that is coming soon.

Below average for BJ's. The decor is like something out of Ikea. This place smells bad. Food is mediocre. Service is sloppy; changing waitress in the middle of dinner service?! At least they put calorie counts on the menu so you know what you are getting.

I hate to bash a place but this is a joke! This is not a beer place its a big box retail restaurant that uses beer as a gimmick. A non-beer drinking buddy told me about ’this great beer place in Burbank". Not exactly. I tried 3 beers and the best was a C- Food was decent, crowd seemed like a bunch of office workers getting there after work dink on. Not my speed.
