Visited on a Saturday afternoon. President (Ken) was there to give us our private tour, and a tasting of the three beers available at the time. 2 regular brews, with rotating seasonals (which are the more interesting ones, of course). The selection of 3 beers is pretty small, especially considering their 10-years-plus in business, but it’s alright; quality over quantity - each beer had something good to offer. Deceptively small front area leads into a large brewing facility in the back. Ken was a great guy with a wealth of knowledge on the industry. We were a week or two early for the "10 Bitter Years", which was definitely a disappointment, but it was still well worth the visit.

Great place to pick up their beer and to attend one of their occasional big events, but it’s a little difficult to get to by TTC coming from downtown. Excellent staff -- fun and really know their beer. Worth a peek if you have a car or are going to an event but you can usually find their beers at various pubs downtown. Beer itself is great -- keep an eye out for "10 Bitter Years"!
This is primarily a production facility and retail store. Samples are available, and they do tours. Selection is generally the same as what you can find at The Beer Store or LCBO elsewhere, with the occasional brewery only release. Call ahead if you want a tour or to enquire about special releases. They also host a variety of events here including a semi-regular board games night. Decor is thrift shop-esque but events are usually quite fun and the staff friendly. Food varies depending on the event, typically brought in from a local bar or other vendors. Worth a visit, especially for the events, but if you are from out of town and carless there are easier ways to the try the beer around town.
As this is brewery it does have industrial look. Staff is very friendly that acres. If asked you might get brewery tour. Once in a while solid beer events are scheduled at brewery with numerous one offs. Not to miss.
When I visited: May 2012.
What I bought: 24 of Summer Saison.
What I liked: Quick drive off the Gardiner Expressway, cool breweriana inside the front store, great service from Ken, parking out front.
What I disliked: They sell a very limited range of beers (Pale Ale, Nut Brown, and a seasonal) and as far as I can tell there’s no taps for sampling.
Would I go back? Yes, for the seasonals and 10BY (when it’s available).
Overall Rating: 70
Little bit hard to find, you dont expect it to be in this industrial looking building. I was lucky enough to visit the day they started selling their Summer Saison, but other than that you can get most of their stuff at the lcbo. What really sets this brewery apart is the outrageously good service, super nice staff.
