Pretty typical old school American brewpub experience. Fermenters behind the bar, fried food and meat on the menu, pedestrian selection of beer. The Pale Ale and ESB had some malt had a host of problems. Kit beer-level stuff. For good beer in Greenville seek out Quest instead.
Ambiance is alright. They have the equipment right in the dinning room which is cool.
Service is fine. Nothing special nothing bad.
Selection is alright. Beer styles are all very light.
Food is good, Nothing special nothing bad.
Value is on par with other places maybe a little cheaper.
Overall this place is super average, which, being a brewery is maybe not so good. it would be cool if they had better beers.
You come here for the food and ambiance, not the beer. Has the feel of some hunting lodge, though not terribly akin. The beer is substandard, but the burgers are good. There is a wild game platter which is the hit of the menu. Might be a good place to take someone not truly into beer, but there are better options out there for a proper introduction.
Enjoyed on a visit to customers. Sat out side for what was to be one beer. But low and behold we found out that they close the street every Thursday and Friday about 28 weeks out of the year and have live music and entertainment. Loved being out side and the inside looked just fine. Or server was very polite and engaging and was relatively knowledgeable. They had 7 beers available and I would agree with the rest that there is not a looser in the bunch. Nothing awesome, just good. Had the mixed game plate and I’d give that a b. Did not feel like I paid too much and would go back.

Stopped by during Sunday Brunch and the place was pretty full. Log establishment with a long bar to the left and tables to the right. The brewing setup is at the very front by the windows, which is a setup I haven’t seen very often. I had a sampler and none of the beers were below average with a couple that were solid. The food was pretty good as well. Service was all right. Prices are reasonable. Parking is tricky right in front but there are garages around. Walking distance to Greenville Beer Exchange and a couple beer bars.
Gotta knock the score down some, as I got horrible food poisoning the next day. I’m not knocking down the food score, as I can’t guarantee it was them, though I’m pretty sure it was, but I did send an email just to let them know and never got a response, so service score is going down.
The beer here is not very good... average to bad. The ambiance and service was good... but the killer. The food. (which why would you go to brewpub unless you expect food). I got food poisoning.. didn’t make it home without everything coming out both sides. AVOID AVOID AVOID
