Early evening visit on a Thursday. Decent sized tap list with some nice choices (probably was a little better than usual for AZ beer week). However half of what we asked for was out, and hadn’t been replaced yet. (One bartender only - no one to replace kegs - on a Thursday evening during beer week??) Poor management. Food is slightly dressed up bar grub. Beer prices were oddly higher than the norm for the area and type of establishment. So much so I may not return... even though its only around 2 miles from me..
Doesn’t look like much from the outside or the surrounding area, but the inside is very large and there’s a lot of good beer. Taps are priced well, too. The bartender really knew his stuff. Good mix of local and regional and international crafts. We didn’t eat, but there is a food menu available. Definitely worth a visit for a few good local beers.
A very large and spacious bar that has a small bar in the middle and multiple floors, nooks and crannies. Service was great by the waiters and barteders were decent. Lots of staff and they seemed to be having more fun with each other than the patrons. Food was decent and value was just OK. A bit pricey but the beer selection was pretty good. A decent local, but unless there is something specific on the tap list I wouldn’t go out of my way.
Often frequented when I lived down the street. Has a respectable service and its tap list is insane, as in they have a lot of taps but nothing is that rare or interesting. I’ve always felt a little uncomfortable whenever I’ve gone: it seems on any given night this place is crawling with bros and their obnoxiousness, but weekends are the absolute worst. They have good selections on their juke, however there’s usually a line for it so I had to endure Lady Gaga, Toby Keith and Flo Rider for half an hour. Food was filling but mediocre. Servers are nice but appear to be a bit on the uninformed side.
