Located in an office area, its a bit surprising when you walk in with a nice comfortable interior full of wood with big copper brew kettles behind a wide bar. Good service, but only 3 beers on tap and nothing adventurous. Food did not sound particularly appealing but I did not try.
Large place with decent food and decent beer. They only had 3 beers on tap at my visit. All drinkable and in the 3-3,5 range. Do note that the marking on the Ratebeer map is incorrect, the pub is slightly to the south of the mark, just across the bridge. If you zoom in you will see the correct location. I actually had some problems finding this since I thought it was on the north side of the canal.
A large riverside bar and eatery. We visited late on a Monday lunchtime, it was relatively quiet, but here was a lack of server at the door so we walked to an empty table by the window, overlooking the river. When we were finally noticed our orders were taken. I order one of each of the house brewed beers that were on tap, all of which were very good, especially the wheat beer. The food was good, I had the "Tapas" which was really nice. The other half had the homemade ’Sulze’ which was also really tasty. The bill was what we expected.
Visited mid-afternoon on a Wednesday the brewery was in full swing so place had that lovely malty smell but it was a bit steamy. Modern canal side brewery, 3 regulars and a seasonal available, service good, beer was better than average, food was tapas affair which looked nice although that was food envy from others. Like the place.
Quietly located brewpub, easy reachable by foot. When we were there, they only had two beers on tap, two others were unfortunately sold out. Prices were ok, service ok. Clean and unpersonal, yet comfortable interior. Would probablly not come back.
