This rating is too high, but is for the food. They had seven of there own beers on tap, and the ones i sampled were fine. They also had 5 guest taps and a full, fancy bar. It is a large, loud open room that will be packed. The star of the show is the menu. Worth it for the food. It feels like it will be a chain.

Tucked away on the edge of Willoughby's downtown district BRIM Kitchen and Brewery feels like a distant cousin of Brewdog. With the industrial brewpub feel of the architecture it lets you know immediately what to expect. Food here is upscale and pairs well with any of the dozen or so drafts. They cover almost every style you could want from light session ales to 10%+ finishers. Prices can be on the high side due to the cost of a sampler so choose your pours wisely. It can be paired with a trip to nearby Willoughby Brewing, Melt, and a couple of beer stores to make a full afternoon. If you park about halfway between Willoughby Brewing and here it should only be a five minute walk to either.

Located in downtown Willoughby. It has it's own parking lot with sufficient parking, but was filling up. Just a couple blocks from Willoughby Brewing, so it's easy to combine your visit to go to both, plus many of the other beer destinations in town if you have the time and liver to allow it. Visited shortly after they opened on a Sunday and they were slammed other than at the bar, which was empty. Ultra modern appearance inside and out. On my visit they had 8 beers of their own and 3 guest taps. One was empty. Good variety within styles. I liked that they had just as many Belgians on tap as hoppy things. They do offer beer flights, but you only get three at a time. That seemed weird to me, but who am I to judge? All the beers I tried were pretty good. Service was middle of the road. Took a little while to be noticed at the bar, but after that I was taken care of throughout my visit. Pricing was average. I did not try the food since I had eaten beforehand, but next time I am in the area I will plan to eat here. The menu looked great and was pretty creative at times. This brewery is a nice addition to the area and one I recommend visiting if nearby.

Stark and modern atmosphere. Surprisingly busy when I was there. Service ok. Staff not knowledgeable at all. Only 5 beers of their own. Beers were of mixed quality. Nice and interesting menu. Food was fantastic.
