Cellars Wines and Spirits is where I always go when looking for new and import beers. They have a wide selection, Knowledgeable staff, and decent prices. Also you can do a mix and match to create your own 6 pack which is something I enjoy. Any location I’ve been to has been excellent. I highly recommend this Liquor Store
a little disorganized but very friendly knowledgeable staff decent prices and some good finds on the shelf will be back

One of the top four selections in MN, after Blue Max, and close to Surdyk’s and US Wines. A large store with lots of wine and liquor. Much better than average Belgian selection. Lots of British beers and American micros. Probably the 2nd best build your own six pack selection in MN, and you can’t beat the 10% off when you buy 6 individual bottles. Beer cooler includes beers that shouldn’t be chilled. Very good service here.
This place must have improved a little bit in past few years. The beer section is located pretty much straight ahead after entering th store. Service was good, I was greeted shortly after walking in and the guy asked me what I was looking for. I was just kind of looking around as I had never been here before. He also said if I was interested in making my own six pack to let him know which beers I wanted and he would break the packs for me. The selection was good enough and pricing was pretty good that I will stop in again.
Pretty good selection. Wish they had more craft/micros in the coolers. Somewhat cluttered. Went into looking for Great Divide Hibernation. Took me a while to find it in the mess of floor displays. I felt there was no organization and the mix and max 6 pack sections kinda sucked.
This is one of my go to bottle shops, but since the recent relocation they have never really got put back together. They still have the selection (someswhat). If imports are what your looking for they have them! The service has always been hit and miss ( I think they feel that if your in the beer section then you know what your after). The prices are always solid! Non the less its a great place for craft beer.
Stopped in while in town for the Upper Mississippi Mashout. Pretty standard liquor store that had the full Surly line. Pretty solid, albeit smallish collection of goods. Had a few beer glasses available as well. Prices seemed pretty much on par with what others have paid. Pretty solid.
I only go here when I cannot find something at the Larpenteur store. The staff here does not seem to be as knowledgable or as enthusiastic as their counterparts down on Larpentuer (with the exception of one young man who knows his stuff and is actually friendly and helpful). They have a good selection but seem less enthusiastic to help their younger beer drinking customers.
Pretty good selection, but as Nuffield pointed out, it is usually filled with the most easily found items. This will certainly help you stock up on the major micros from the area (Summit, Sprecher, James Page, Capital, Bells, Viking) and a few from away (Rogue). They also have a pretty good British and German selection along with a few Eastern European finds.
Not a bad store. I always shop here when I’m in the Twin Cities, as I am a Roseville native. I have also visited their Woodbury location. They keep a good selection, with plenty of good beers, and their sale items are worth checking out. However, the overall selection, while deep, is a bit unimaginative. A bit like going to a 120-tap bar that has things that are widely distributed. But of course, if you haven’t had a lot of Bells, etc., this isn’t a bad place. The northern suburbs got distribution of Viking (WI) before the places in the southern suburbs, so there is reason to go here even if you’ve been to Blue Max.
