i have been to the forte apache location several time. sometimes unusual brews and interesting. decent deep pan pizza. cool looking brick building, big with upstairs and a good happy hour. gotta check out the downtown location. funny name for being in las vegas? worth a look
re rate: i have been to the downtown location at the four queens several times now and find it quite old school vegas cool. pizza is good, if your a tourist do bother with the forte apache location, they got all the beers downtown and the girls will let you sample them all.
Lighting is a bit dim. Bartenders make it a point to ask your name, and they usually remember it the next time you come in - nice touch. Usually 8 or 9 beers on tap, not the largest selection in town, but you certainly should be able to find something you like here. The Chicago style deep dish pizza is excellent albeit a bit pricey, and the Michigan Avenue Cheese Knots are worth ordering as well. Not close to the Strip, but worth a trip if you can get there.
Chicago Brewing gets my vote for best brewpub in Vegas. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the food is very good. The beer is great too IMO. They always have something tasty on tap. Same with the Four Queens location. Both are worth a visit.
"We can’t seat you in the actual pub. They’re filming a Sweedish reality in there today" So begins my visit to Chicago breweing at the Four Queens. Nice looking, from what I could see. Our waitress was extremely attentive and the food was pretty tasty.
4 Queens Location: Walk through the casino to the SW corner of the place and you’ll find the Chicago Brewing Restaurant there. Faux non-operating brewing equipment is up front. Nice interior if a bit smoky. Decent service, didn’t try the food and only a few Chicago beers on tap. Decent place.

Trendy upscale look, high ceilings, lots of well dressed staff. Food looked and smelled good but we didn’t eat. 7 beers sampled, all were cookie cutter expect the abbey dubbel, which I suspect is a clone from a well known rocky mountain brewery. Overall a decent place, a little overpriced, though.

Kyle’s a great brewer and the food here is better than any other brewpub in Las Vegas. Highly recommended, top 2 in Las Vegas (along with Tenaya).
