Visited on 28th May 2016. Large pub between main road through town and square. Large single room with a mostly national array of beers in tap. Place was fairly quiet despite the Roo. Beer range, whilst not great, was well kept. Prices and service OK. Wouldn’t rush back.

ManVsBeer  (2039) Hebden Bridge, England | June 28, 2013| Updated December 20, 2016
One of the quieter daytime pubs in Hebden Bridge as the tourists generally opt for the more obvious and prominent pubs around the small central square, however this is also a hotel so it does get regular visitors to it from out of town. It’s very well kept with a modern comfortable design that has clearly had some money pumped into it. The bar along the back wall of the pub is well stocked with several hand pumps with rotating ales. WiFi is available and food is served all day. Was flooded on Boxing Day in 2015 like most businesses in the town centre, and reopened in February 2016.

Town centre pub with quite a modern, opened up feel about it. There are 5 hand pumps with local and national Real Ales available, Green Mill on my visit. Food seemed quite popular, but we didn’t partake. Interesting and worth a peek.
