Ate here on a Saturday night while visiting in NYC. Great food and ok beer selection. I had trouble finding something I hadnít had before, but the choices on the menu were all good. Some stuff I was surprised to see too. Great service, better food, good beer selection.
Very high quality Daniel Boulud establishment with the usual display of exceptional epicurean skills...while also featuring 24 taps that normally include some very notable selections (top locals like Other Half, Finback, and Threeís as well as great regionals like Hill Farmstead & Jackís Abbey). The interior is very well appointed with an open front area near a very attractive bar, and an additional long dining area perpendicular to it stretching back through the building from which you can see into the kitchen and watch some of the goingís on there. There are also outdoor tables which we chose given the great weather the day we visited. Our group drank the craft beers, some wine, and also tried some mead. We opted for the charcuterie and added some cheeses. I highly recommend a visit here...for the craft beers and a light meal especially...but a more substantial dining experience is also an option...just note that the prices are a bit on the higher side. The service was excellent too.
Went here for a work lunch today and a really nice place. Excellent food and a good beer menu. Looking forward to have more drinks there soon.

Knowing that Iíd be travelling most of Orval day I decided to have one a week early. I have to say that this is my third ďnewĒ bottle in recent months that has tasted brettier than Iíve experienced in a while. And they still have a touch of hop flavor in them. Not bitter and hopless like they often are at 6-12 months. I was pleased with my selection. Also, the food was quite good as well. It was a pan fried chicken breast which was pretty good but the mushrooms cooked in the wine sauce were awesome. Butter, wine, good mushrooms. It was great. It was priced accordingly. The service was friendly and attentive.
This is a place for a good meal and potentially a good beer, but itís not really a beer destination. That said they did have at least one beer on tap that Iíd never tried. My recommendation is to come here and get an Orval and eat as much of that mushroom/wine combo as possible and then hike a half mile up to Proletariat for some good beer.
Visited in 2009. An incredible restaurant which largely features sausages that are very tasty. High quality food, great service. The beer list is good too. Of course, things may have changed since 2009, but when I was there, we got the Birrifico Pausa Cafe Tosta and Aecht Schlenkerla Eiche Doppelbock on tap, and a rare bottle of Sixpoint Bolshoi! Pricey for sure (even for NYC, particularly beer-wise), but worth it!

Good craft beer for people or with an expense account. Itís pretty with lots of pretty people. The cheese plate was fantastic. The menu is high end pub food done by a deservedly famous chef/restaurant brand. They have a few notable cellared bottles but otherwise the beer menu is not so uncommon. There were certainly many nice things on draft for but the prices were really high for what they had.
Beautiful place. Caught them on an off day, with a substitute bartender. Found a rather glaring error in the beer list... Founders Curmudgeon was listed as a barley wine and called Old Curmudgeon. Doubt they corrected that one. Still, very much enjoyed the visit.
Love this place. The tap line up isnít huge (10-15) but well manicured. Usually a new tap from the printed menu. Extra credit for beer som and extensive cellar list.
Full restaurant menu, so best food to beer ratio in the city. Nice sized space but can get a little tight around the section where the bar and front dining room meet.
Visited with family. Odd interior space and lay out, kind of modern. Service was decent, and the beer selection was surprisingly good (Oak Aged Pumking), good bottles. Food was overall quite good, but not quite as good as some of his other restaurants. Pricy.
