In the back part of a strip mall (behind the Post Office). Parking available in the back. A basic tap room with flights available - beers served in plastic cups. Pleasant place - worth a stop in combination with Atlas.
Pretty warehousey, in strip mall kind of set up with the door in back. Small inside with about four tables of various sizes. Local crowd playing bingo while I was there. I had unfortunately already tried most everything on tap, but did get a chance to sample some old favorites. Free wireless was useful to me at least. They, like many DC places, will likely need an hours update in March due to a new ordinance.
An industrial spot with a small tasting room appended to the brewery. Seems like a pretty hit place with the locals. Small pours are available. Worth stopping in if you have the time, but probably not among the "must visit" places in DC.
Not crazy on a Sunday visit with only a few folks in the taproom having beers. It was cool to check out the facility and working space. A few of the core beers on tap along with the new Oskar Blues collaboration. Tasters available for a few bucks. Crowler fills here. I can only imagine how hectic it gets other times due to the popularity of the brewery.
Industrial place. They definitely push that vibe. Loud music, tons of people visiting on a Saturday for the free tour and tastings. Nothing new or special on offer, but still fun. Good pizza food truck outside.
Visited 14/02/15. Standard industrial park location that’s a decent hike from the rest of DC’s attractions. Plenty of parking options are available. All visitors get coupons for a couple of sample pours. Pints, growlers, and swag’s also available for purchase. My visit coincided with a brewery tour, so the place was rammed. Luckily, the staff was pretty organized and I never had to queue too long to get a beer etc. DC Brau doesn’t churn out a lot of new ticks, so regional power raters probably won’t find new things to try. Still, it’s worth it to re-visit the core offerings from this brewery. Overall, worth a stop if you’re in the area and have access to a car.
Punky place, with grafitti inside the brewery, a food truck outside . Free samples to those who visit on saturday ! Much merch , also some cans to take out . Friendly service as well . Very cool place !
