Used to be a cosy brown café with a limited selection of Belgian classics, was taken over by other people meanwhile and now turns into a loud and busy, somewhat rough pub at night. The interior hasn’t changed much though and selection has been extended into Dolle Brouwers and other smaller Belgian breweries, but still very classic. An okay place for tourists who quickly want to grab a few classic Belgian ales on their way to Antwaerps Bierhuiske or Gollem.
On the city centre of Antwerpen this small place is for local belgium beer. Nothing really special on the selection. The atmosphere and design is nice. Good service and good price. Nothing really special.
Nice place with seats outside. Reasonable selection of beers but no surprises. Bierhuiske is only 2 doors away and is much better

A nice friendly open plan bar on the Hoogstraat and just three doors up from the Antwerps Bierhuis. Nice to sit outside in the summer time. A decent bottle and average tap selection. Looking a little tired but I would return.
nice place to sit, but thats about it. theyt have a couple of great beers between the usual stuff you can find in any supermarked. some of them are worth the effort, but once you drank those... the staff is hired by looks and must be al woman, wich leads them to ask ( if you order one) what a ’pannepot’ is....
but the prices are ok?
