Prices are cheaper than Friar Tuck and they were the only place I have found to have Rolling Meadows bombers. Nice selection of Founders, Bells, Stone, New Belgium, and Dark Horse. Not nearly the selection of Friar Tuck and store is kind of dirty and cluttered and is likely to have some old beer so I would check dates. Service was lacking as well.

This store has one aisle of imports and micros along the east wall, with mainly macros in the coolers in the back of the store. They have a decent, but average selection. A very small Belgian selection, a few German imports and a good U.K. beer section. They also have a few imports from around the world and your usual Mexican imports. A decent micro selection with the best being offerings from Three Floyds and Two Brothers. Staff is friendly, but not beer knowledgable. Famous does have sales, but it’s mainly on wine, spirits and macro products. When heading east on Wabash, from White Oaks Mall, located on the right with sign visible from the street. They use to have a big pink elephant holding a martini glass in front of the store, but I’m afraid that is long gone. Too bad, it made the store easy to find.
