Big, open space, with an industrial feel. The employees stay out of the way, generally, but are surprisingly attentive, if you have technical difficulties with the self service tap system. They are friendly and always ready to help. The selection is outstanding, and it is a ticker’s heaven. Very reasonable prices per ounce. I am a big fan of this concept! Pull as much or as little as you want, so there’s no downside to sampling, side-by-side tasting, or returning to a favorite. You can go back as often as you like, without waiting for the bartender. It’s a fun experience, and a great way to explore beer with no pressure.

Absolute ticker’s paradise - I was giddy with excitement in anticipating the visit. You start by opening an account, they give you a card, you get a glass and then you get free reign to pour as little or as much you like from any of the 50 taps (a few ciders and wines thrown in there too). Taplist itself is decent, though there are definitely some filler / unexciting ones in there. With such a format, you can maximize your tick : cost ratio like no other place. What an amazing concept this is. They do some food - I ordered some fries, which were way over-salted. If you’re in Denver and are a ticker, you have no excuse not to visit this place.

Serve yourself by the ounce on up to 40 taps! Open, industrial feel with communal seating and a patio downstairs (I didn’t go upstairs). The service was minimal. 50 cents and up per ounce, not bad for tasters, but $8 a pint is a little spendy for most of these beers. Even as a local, I was able to get 13 new ticks here for about $20 (~3oz pours). Solid selection and a cool place to check out, probably worth an occasional visit.

I heard about this relatively new bar from wchesser and I gotta say First draft is a tickers paradise with beer by the ounce from 50cents! You come in, give them a credit card, get an RFID card, choose your glassware and serve yourself from 40 taps which feature about half Colorado and half out of state brews. A wide selection and low prices for small pours means in my short time there I could sample quite a few brews. The decor is your typical gray industrial converted garage type place, staff were nice and this place was a lifesaver after I got a diacetyl bomb at Zephyr across the street.
