I really enjoyed this brewery I spendet 8 hours over here and had 5 tasting paddels, almost all off there beers were good. the own brewed special beers were also very good. This is a pub were you should spent time to enjoy the crafty 40 different taps!
Secreted away upstairs down a small street in the centre of the city, this is a roomy bar with plentiful seating space and visible, functional brewing area. A diverse tap selection (40ish) of local and further afar Kiwi craft offerings, a handful of ciders and several of their own brews can be found here. Helpful staff offered tasters to those in my party less accustomed to such a vast array. We all ate - I opted for the pulled pork burger: recommended - and we were all in agreement that the food was top notch and very reasonably priced. Their menu and staff also provide beer/food pairing suggestions which I thought a nice point of difference. A must if in the city for beer, food or both.
Wow, unbelievable selection for a brewpub. I think they had something like 25-30 of their beers on tap. Reeee...wait for it...dick! Props for that. Nice food too. Service could have been better, but that doesn’t take away from the legititude of this estab. For beers and dinner, go here.
Fun place, with a huge tap selection around a giant barrel with quirky taps. Staff were extremely friendly. Beer selection features a fairly unbelievable 33 taps of their own beer when we were there. Taster trays of only 4 beers make it hard to do the place justice, though at $15 they are very reasonably priced. F&B beers can be a little hit and miss, though with so many taps, and the staff being happy to give you tasters, it’s not too hard to find the hits.
2016-05-30. We arrived late on a Monday night only to find out that a) They had about 26 of their own beers on tap and b) they were closing soon! A bit stunned - I had not realized that they had so many taps, or so many of their own beers on at once. We ordered two sampler trays and worked our way through them while the staff closed up! They were great at still answering our questions while they went about their work. The beers ranged from very good to not great, but considering some of the more unusual/adventurous offerings that’s not surprising. Decor is fairly sleek, and relatively large compared to some other places in town, it is possibly a bit more posh than my preference during the day, but this late it was very quiet and cozy. With so many tap offerings I regret not coming here first in the evening, and finishing at some of the other places that stay open later. Well worth a visit.

A welcome addition to the Wellington beer scene (a brewpub). Has a great selection of beer on tap - both in-house and competitor (mainly domestic) brews. Staff is friendly, service is good, and the food is better than most other beer bars in town.
So I came here for a quick spot of lunch, since they had a fixed paired food and beer menu on for the craft beer week around Beervana. I ended up staying for about five hours, since the brewers were in getting a tour. The TreHugger brewers spotted me and adopted me, buying me beers left and right. Nice people. Oh, and the bar itself was fine, brewing kit bang in the middle of everything. Good tap list amd the food was OK. Nice place.
