Small store with a fairly small selection of brews. A few oddball brews. Prices are less than most places, so that’s something. Bombers seem to be a buck or more less than I usually see around. Nice guy behind the counter.

Upon entering this shop, be prepared for a smell of stale smoke. This is a smoke shop and you can smell it. As of Oct 2010, this place has improved it’s beer selection. Above that, the prices are exceptionally low. {For example Goose Island Bourbon County Stout is $4.25 a 12 oz. bottle; Bombers of Rogue are 2 dollars less than most other places I’ve gone at only 3.99.} They usually have some sort of sale on a couple of micros at any given moment. I’d say they’re worth a look from time to time and a decent quick top off if you’re on your way to a party and just need to grab some beer. Habits moved the bomber selection out of the walk-in box so they can be seen. They now carry roughly 120 different bombers, mostly craft and import as well as a decent selection of other beers. Picked up Widmer’s Burrbon Barrel winter ale for $9.45 a bomber and also picked up six bottles of last year’s Goose Island Christmas Ale at the blow out price of only $2 each. Deschutes Hop Trip, also cheaper than any place in town $4.59. Overall, prices here are lower than Capitol Market across the board- but Capital Market has incredible selection (off State street).
