This was actually my second visit. I stopped in with some people about three years ago but completely forgot to rate this place. The pizza is pretty good here, maybe not as inventive as Pizza Port but quite good all the same. The best part about the place is the brownie-cookie thing. They bring it out on the skillet and it’s still soft and gooey. If you’re fat or you just like desert buy this. The beer list is kind of mediocre. They’ve got about 10 taps to play with and they advertise that they specialize in beer but what they put on tap is not very impressive. Hell, they could walk up the street, grab half a dozen kegs from Pizza Port, and they’d have the second best tap list in town. Instead they put on some of the basic stuff from Stone, Ballast Point, and mix in a couple of macros in there. They also have some "house beers" which are partially from Firestone and partially from Bayhawk. The prices are a little high. The service was a little slow. I’d stop in for a quick bite and maybe a beer if I was at the beach (if I had a car) but once every couple of years is about enough for me.

Pizza place in San Clemente a few blocks away from Pizza Port. They have a handful of house beers, though they’re all contract brewed by Firestone and Bayhawk. The beers are pretty decent, though. Food is fairly typical pizzaeria type stuff, but enjoyable. Prices are okay, especially for San Clemente. Not a horrible stop, but why bother when Pizza Port is right up the street.
