General storage -like bottle shop. Not so nice looking, but the selection very well offsets it, although you needed to be careful when navigating in the shop to not accidentally push down a bottle. French, Canadian and Belgian selection predominantly, although also Danish and US brews were present. Worth a visit.
Yet another very good bottle shop in Paris with an enthusiastic owner more than happy to talk through his stock and each individual beer and brewer at length. Located in Le Marais, not far from the Bastille. Very good range of stuff, lots of French / Parisian craft, good representation of stuff from the UK, US, Europe and further afield. Met the brewer from a new local brewery L'Instant who happened to be there and was also super friendly and talkative, so of course I had to buy one of his! The Paris beer scene seems to have been transformed in the 4 years since I was last here and indie bottle shops and brewers like these are the reason why its so exciting
I knew this place the last week, during one of my trip in Paris. In my opinion, it is a delicious place to discover, not so far from Paris gare de Lyon. The choice is great, the prices are not correct but for a french worker is not that cheap but it is concerning almost all the beershops. The service is friendly, good talk with the guy, a place to go, if you stay in Paris.
Visited the 12th April 2016 - Near to Bastille on a small cosy street you will find this superb shop. Good beer selection with nice french craft beer range from best breweries. Some good beers from other countries as Danemark, Netherlands, and England. Price are smart for Paris and service is good. Good knowledge of the beer. Clear and modern place I really appreciate it. Near to Express de Lyon.
Small store close to place de la Bastille and place des Vosges. Very friendly owner, who speaks English very well and is very passionate about his work. Bottles available from Spain (Naparbier), England (BBNo - Siren), the Netherlands (De Molen - Kaapse - Rooie Dop), Belgium (Struise - De Ranke), USA (Rogue - Evil Twin) ... Some French micros available as well (Parisis, Matten, Sainte Crucienne), but to a limited extent (the French craft beer scene is starting to gain more attention lately). Prices are great compared to Parisian standards. I will definitely go back, when in the area.
7.60 euros for 2 beers in this really chill place. The staff said if you don’t like my recommendation I’ll drink it and you can just choose something else. It’s a decent sized shop with a good selection of imports including some I didn’t see elsewhere as well as a solid variety of French bieres. One fridge cold to drink in or take out. Friendly guys who are happy to help out and talk beer. Combine a visit here with Cave a Bulles which is what I’ll do when next in town.
