Attached to B Side with a passthrough doorway at the back. Butcher shop with surprisingly good bottled beer selection. Come to B Side for a couple drafts and dinner, then grab some bottles and charcuterie to go at Red Apron on the way out. There, just made your Saturday night plans for you.

Nice little shop in the Mosaic District. Nice selection of meats and other food products along with craft sodas and a decent selection of craft beer available to go. Unlike the Union Market location, no drafts here but they have a few bottled/canned beers available for onsite consumption. Good selection of sandwiches and a few sides available to eat inside or to go. Prices on beer to go are reasonable and seem comparable to other small bottle shops in the area. Not a whole lot of seating for eating inside but there’s usually a few open spots even during busier times. Two four seat tables along with a decent length bar-style table. Good service though it can be a bit slow to order/check out if there’s others ahead with only one person staffing the front. Free parking in the garage just across the street.

Red Apron is a relatively new addition to the new Mosaic District shopping center. Shop appears to be mostly a small gourmet food shop and a butcher, however they have a small but incredibly tasty food menu, and a few notable beers available for consumption in-store as well as to purchase.

Seating is minimal as there are only two outdoor tables with a handful of spots in the back of the shop.
