An overly trendy hip place that caters to tourists. They do get the occasional good beer, but don’t really know how to sell it. Check the list and go for a flight, but don’t expect a comfortable craft beer experience.

Glitzy. Very bright. Perhaps a trifle under staffed. Just when to the bar. Service was nice tho pressured. If standing outside worth the walk inside. Beers seem to turnover rapidly. They do try to keep the beer list current. The one I chose first had just gone off. :)

Twenty plus taps of pretty standard BC and US craft. Loud sports oriented bar. Nothing special with the exception of the proximity to the Convention Centre. Update March 2017. Obvious dirty line problem. No excuse... knocking down scores. Sample first!

The busiest and loudest of all the Rogue bars. The taplist is pretty decent, the ambience is alright (though loud / busy on the weekend), and service is solid. Prices are pretty high, and seems like a bit of a tourist trap. With the Alibi Room a short 10 minute walk away, I’m not sure why one would elect to come here for beers.

Greatly bright location, with a large covered patio, and many tv screens if you’re wanting to be anti-social. Terribly annoying waterclosets though. I find it excellent that this location is zero-waste, and they’ve implemented systems to reduce impact. Quite similar beer tap selection to Gastown, however there are 5 flex bottled beers and 5 flex beer taps here. Still expensive, and they still don’t provide Vancouver CAMRA discounts. The chain recently started to provide full pints instead of sleeves, but of course at a higher price mark. Employees are still great and friendly.
