In the central train station of Bern. Quite some bottles with interesting and much less interesting stuff. Solid range of standard supply of several countries. But they also have some fridges and you can get cold beers for the train.

This store (or more precisely store chain in many Swiss cities) is usually located in large railway shop complexes. Drinks of the World has really improved its beer offerings over the past few years. It once featured mostly lager beers in cans from around the world with few craft offerings. Now you can buy a decent range of beers including some higher-end specialities such as Deus Brut des Flandres to pick a concrete example. There’s also a decent array of wine and hard liquor such as gin in addition to beer. The shop is open until 10 PM every day, including weekends (!). A clear plus given Switzerland’s restrictive shop opening hours outside of railway shopping galleries. PS: For slightly more special ranges of beer there’s a new shop in Bern’s Marktgasse called "CraftGallery" since March 2016.

It is an average place. The situation is nice in this new train station of Bern, at the third floor, in front of the Migros. The selection is the same than the others drink of the world with some local beers. The service is ok.

This place survives since long time ago because its branches are in the major train station of Switzerland; besides that, the selection is not very interesting, although they have many beers; they also have some (pricey) mead. I would suggest to pop in only if you are already in the station.

A really good choice of beers. A shop like this in the train station is smart!

Nice little shop in the railway station in the centre of Bern. Bern is a bit of a wilderness for beer drinkers, so it was nice to find this place. They have a great selection of beers from around the world at very reasonable prices too. Staff were knowlegable and helpful.

Stopped in here on my way back from Interlaken. It is tucked away on the 3rd floor next to an ESPIRIT store. The selection is very impressive for swiss standards. Lots of swiss beers from all over, a small american sections with sierra nevada, sam adams and kona brewing company and some of their flagship varieties. Nice german section (found augustiner helles) with lots of weisse beers and german varieties. Also a nice belgian section with some trappist breweries like chimay, orval and la trappe (i think la trappe isn’t in belgium). IF you are in the area its a must to stop in to load your hotel fridge up with. Other than that, i haven’t seen any beer stores compared in the area.
