ManVsBeer  (2013) Hebden Bridge, England | October 25, 2013| Updated November 7, 2013
Arguably the best looking of the glut of chain pubs that exist in the town, this one is more hidden than the others just off the main road to the west of the town centre shopping areas. It’s no longer a hotel but is popular for catering for several whims. There’s a pool table here, live sport, cheap food and a small but decent selection of ales, including seasonals’ alongside the familiar group of lagers and keg ales. It’s decor is traditional, durable but attractive and although it’s open plan on a ground floor level it has plenty of defined or booth areas to change things up or allow a bit of privacy if need be.
