Overall good selection. Iíve ordered a few times through them and just about every time my order was shorted a few of the beers I ordered. They did fix the problem with a refund but I only found out once my order arrived at my house and checked my bank statement. There wasnít any email about a refund or what they didnít have enough of in stock. That is my only irritation with this place. There is also the fact that to get free shipping you have to order $100 of beer which is quite a bit of beer at a time. The beer isnít always fresh I received Sculpin which expired just a few days after I received it. On a brighter note selection, time to receive order and dependability as far as never having a problem at least most of my order this place has been a decent place for a good variety of brews.
Awesome bottle shop. A little on the pricey side, but great selection. I look forward to visiting my sister up state just so I can stop in for a visit. Last time I stopped in they just happened to be stocking the shelf with some Heady Topper! Talk about luck! Definitely worth checking out if you in the area!

I know a few people who have been here before, and having placed an order online, I agree with the good praise Iíve heard. Not all of the stuff is rare, but the selection is so massive... Shipping is reasonable and prices are even better.
Got to this place 5 minutes before closing. I was only passing through so I could not return. After about 3 minutes the employee started an agressive campaign to usher me and another customer to the register. A bad experience. One good thing is that they had Great Lakes brewery products. Too bad I wasnt given another 10 minutes when I explained I was passing through from Arizona. Employee must have had a hot date.
Great selection of US Craft Beers which is what I tend to stick with. Anytime I can find beers fom Alaska Iím happy. And they have a selection of Midnight Sun Beers. Make sure you check behind the counter. That is where they keep some of the rarer beers.
This place has a really good selection of beers. Pretty much every brand I was thinking would be available here was, in fact, available here. Prices werenít anything special, but they were fine. Thereís not a ton of ambiance, but everything is laid out nicely. If you are anywhere near here, this is a destination-level store.
One of the better stores I have visited. A typical large warehouse feel. Selection was top notch with a number of hard to find beers plus a few growlers to choose from. Staff was helpful and threw in some free glasses with my purchase. A must stop if you are in the area and not from NY.
Wow! What a huge beer selection! Tons of great beer with friendly and helpful staff. Great ambiance, well organized and clean. For the price, it depends of the beers. Some are cheaper than in other store and some are a lot more expensive. Add a vintage/rare section and it would be the perfect store!
Has the feel of a total wine/ bev mo type beer warehouse. They have a lot of quantity and some good clearance sales. Everything is arranged by nation which makes it easy to find things. But compared to a typical Total wiine they didnít have much I hadnít seen before. The German selection was surprisingly basic. They did have a lot of regional craft and the prices, as others have noted, are hit or miss. They also have 12 taps of craft for growler fills. Maybe itís the aesthetics of the place. It looks like if the Ontario version of the beer store had a showroom. It felt kind of soulless. But if you live in the Hudson Valley I canít imagine better being available.
I was driving home from a recent business trip to Albany and decided to see what was along Route 9 for part of the trip. Happily, I saw this place and stopped in. The store is well lit and very well organized. Beer is grouped by locale with a large display up front of seasonal beers they are trying to move out. They have lots of empty six pack holders in several places in the store to purchase singles. Quite a large refrigerated section as well. Large growler station with all of the available beers easily visible. They even have a nice clean restroom for their customers! A new beer destination on my Albany road trips!
