Nice place, friendly people, good beer, if Iím back in the Redlands area, Iíd stop here. Itís cool, as others noted, that to get to Hangar 24, you drive through some neighborhoods, some orange groves, then into pretty much no where.
In case youíre headed there, eat first. there was no where close by to eat.
This is a diamond in the rough. The seating is limited to old beer kegs. The beer is fresh & unpretentious. You have to want to get there - itís off the beaten path. I like visiting whenever Iím doing business in the LA Basin. The Orange Wheat is unique.
nice beers we were lucky to be thier on a friday at 5:00 when they tap the cask. the day we went it was thier porter dry hopped with wilemet very good will stop anytime iím in the area. nice people good beer

The ambiance is real nice. You get this crisp mountain air as you stand inside or outside the hangar. The place is really clean and organized for a brewery, the bar is beautiful, and the ladies serving the beer are easy on the eyes! Along with their beauty, they are quick, attentive, and informed. They had a nice range of beers from a Helles Lager all the way to a thick porter and a strong Winter Warmer. They also had most styles in between. The flights were decently priced, the pints were decently priced. Overall a great experience!

Driving to Hanger 24 feels like your going to some type of secret spot. For the fact your driving though the boonies though a neighborhood, then in the back county soon all of a sudden thereís a airport. They usually have Six Beers on tap which if you have a taster of all six for $3 or 2 tasters for $1.The Growlers are very nice looking compare to my other growlers. You can grab a empty keg and use it as a chair if u really need to sit down inside the brewery .So far I usually meet a new friend or a old one at the brewery and have a great time .Canít wait to a day i can fly in Redland Airport fill up a couple growlers and fly to Big Bear or something for the night.
Nice little brewery warehouse style. Gets really crowded as of lately. Glad to see people are appreciating good beers. Was there this past Saturday for the home-brewing demo with Kevin. That was alot of fun. Good atmosphere, good beer, good education, fun times.
The beer here is very very good. Hangar 24 is one of the best places iíve been for beer. The ambiance very unique, its in an airplane hanger, no chairs... people just standing around drinking good beer. The service HORRIBLE!!!! The two girls there were hateful, not intersted in helping a person interested in beer. They would not sell 3 beers of one type 3 of another for a six pack. Said that was illegal. Even though kids were there where beer was being served.
Has only been open for 15 months and already looks like they are pushing their capacity limits. I really hope this place lasts - it is a little off the beaten path, but what a cool idea - a brewery in a hangar! Super busy while I was there on a Friday afternoon, but were still willing to pour me a sampler and let me look around. Nice selection of merchandise, and you can order and pick up beer right on the spot.
