Located in a fairly new looking strip mall a few doors down from Old Chicago eatery. The gentleman working there (the owner most likely) was very friendly and helpful. He commented by saying how surprised he was to see me walk into the store straight over to grab up bottles of Mikkeller and Olfabrikken. Very nice beer selection with lots and lots of singles to choose from both on the shelf and in the coolers. The pricing was interesting. Some beer was priced as low as I’ve seen it and others were some 20% more. I spent plenty during my only visit so far. If it wasn’t an hour or so away I’d most likely stop by monthly.
Stopped here after lunch at Old Chicago. Easy to find location with large parking lot in the front. Service was freindly and very helpful. Selection is held on shelves and coolers in the back of the store. I found new beers and sake. Beer store snacks and large selection of package liqour. Great place for good brews and I will go back when I am in the area.

Very nice store, on the "up-a-de" end of the scale. Pretty nice selection, but kinda high prices. My big complaint with this place is... I went in there in jeans and a shirt that were dirty (had been working outside all day) and when i went to the back where the beer is, me and the guy i was with were followed back there, then the two guys just stood around after i had told them i didnt need any help. Finally after telling them kinda rudely that i wasnt going to steal anything, they worked there way back up to the front. Nice selection but i was ready to hurt the help.

Rerating this store. Quickly becoming the best beer store in the Tampa Bay area. They’re getting more and more really good and hard to find beers. Service is always fantastic. Prices are on the high end, but this isn’t Total Wine. Deepak has said he wants to get rid of every crappy beer and bring in only the best rated on RateBeer. Definitely a very important stop if you’re in the area.

25 minutes from North Tampa.. this is the best beer store in the area yet. A very well rounded selection of beers with selections that can’t be found in the other local stores.. I’ll be back. Not a big store - but packed with quality. I’m not sure if they even stocked Budweiser!
Wanted to give this one a fresh rating. I was in a bad mood last time, and they also just got a ton of stock in. Still not the best prices in town (Bon Chien for $29???!!), but they do have beers I haven’t seen anywhere else in Tampa, maybe even the entire state. Owner is a very nice guy, and seems very committed to the craft beer scene. They don’t have as much room as a Knightly or a Beerworld, so their selection score has to suffer some, but what they do have is outstanding. Much more favorable rating this time around.

re-rate on 8/28 - man the selection has gotten wayyyy better since a year ago!!!
I must say every time I come in - once a month - you get a better and better selection - cheers to the new owners - prices are still decent - not quite there but you have caught up with World of Beer and you are gaining on Knightly!!
Keep it up!!!
Now with 350+ beers this is a must stop if you are in Brandon or even close to the Tampa Bay area. Good prices with a great selection of micros, Belgians, and other imports. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The new owners have turned this into a great little store, and it keeps on getting better.
New Owners. Great selection of rare and seasonal beers(DFH 120 IPA, WW stout, Raison D Extra, Olde School Barleywine, Pannepøt,Panil Barriquée (Sour), Scaldis Noel, DeuS, Avery Mephistopheles Stout, and The Beast Grand Cru Ale). Huge selection of American Micros and imports. Good prices with a very friendly staff that will try there hardest to find what you want. This place is a must stop if you are in Brandon and definitely worth the trip if you’re not.

March 27th re-rate. New ownership has started picking up way more inventory and seems poised to become very beer focused. WOrth a special trip now!
Decent selection is a mix of standard stuff availible in the bay area and a few special orders. Prices were pretty good. It’s a standard Liquor/Wine store first set up, but they are worth a visit if you are in the area (not worth a special trip though).
