Kind of dark, dingy and plain...cluttered with sailor/sea decor. Friendly enough service and some live jazz when I was in. Didn’t eat. Beer selection was ok not great. About 10 easy to find crafts and some crap taps too.
Another cool little pub in fells point. Sweet baby Jesus bottles yum.

Nice spot in the heart of Fells Point. It was quite crowded when we popped in for dinner but we were able to get a table right away. Staff was exceedingly friendly; although quite busy.
Beer selection was decent but not overwhelming. A few interesting selections and we were quite content.
Food was standard pub fare but some fun specials. Short rib burger was great.
Overall, a great experience. Fun, lively spot with decent beer, good food and good service.
One of the many bars along the main strip in Fells Point. A few small tables out front that are a nice grab on warm days. Beer selection is decent, but mostly just a safe variety. Bottle selection is mostly Belgians that are offered at a discount on Thursday nights. Food is good, with great burgers, mussels, and a raw oyster bar outside on the weekends.
A decent bar. Packed on a Saturday night. Lots of fun. Good decor and layout. I suggest heading upstairs. Less crowded and quicker service. The Koopers Yellow Tail Ale was pretty tasty. I couldn’t find it listed on ratebeer though. If I knew it wasn’t listed, I would have taken better notes to list it myself.
This is another bar just a block from Max’s. I love the Thursday Belgian night with mussels and special prices on all Belgian bottles. They routinely have a guy on the sidewalk shucking fresh oysters for visitors. The service could have been better when I visited, though they were fairly busy.
