A bit hard to rate coming from Belgium. The place was totally dedicated to Belgian beers. However the owner pointed out a few local selection, about 5 of them, which I found a bit odd given the craft scene in the Barcelona region. I found similar issue at BierCab shop where Spanish/Catalunya beers were hard to find.
Some beers on tap, nice feeling in a cool neighborhood.
Looks like the chap owning the place lived in Brussels for a while, and sounded of Belgian background - spoke French.
For the Belgian beers, the prices were quite high, some of the Cantillon reg going for 34€, the rest was ok to ok high.
Visited at a rather late hour, so it wasn’t to buisy. The shop had the right side full of bottles, the left side are bar and tables. The beers are 99 % , as one might expect, but far more than lambic. The beers seem to be chosen randomly, as there are some very good ones, some very bad ones ( jupiler , jupiler NA, WTF ? ) and some stuff you won’t find in Belgium at all, which was cool for me. The lambic section is pretty solid. no crazy whales, as if there’s any shop stil carrying them, but very decently priced, good bics, and a bigger selection than the rest of BCN seems to have. Service was decent. Just expected a bit more modern, fancy place.
Beershop with lots of Belgian style references and a few other styles. They have some fridges and 6 taps so you can enjoy some of the beers on site with some cold tapas (didn't taste any, though). There's a small set of tables below a nice "volta catalana" low roof. Orval is king. Familiar and cool atmosphere. Nice place to buy and enjoy a good lambic or other Belgian beer.
