Right on St-Denis is this small multi-level brewpub with lots of pale wood furniture, a small nice terrace out front and an even tinier terrace out back. Good service and friendly staff with tasters in the 2$ range and about a dozen beers on tap. Somewhat maze like but cool.
Really enjoyed this place... great courteous staff with crisp focused german style offerings. Ordered the duck wings and they were served promptly with great presentation and delicious flavors. Atmosphere was a bit more refined and cliental was respectful and a bit more mature than its close by neighbors.
A nice place near to the metro station Berri-UQAM. Nice and clean place. The service is fine and the beer selection is ok. You will find difference beers on tap from the brewery. The food is nice and good. That’s a really nice place. I recommend it.
Conveniently located in lively quartier latin, a small brewpub serving a limited selection of their German-inspired brews. Solid quality and helpful staff. Food menu is also of European inspiration, French fries are very decent by Belgian standards, some exotic surprises such as rabbit gyoza. A nice stop-by pub not overly crowded which can be relaxing in the very active Montreal craft pub scene.
Nice multi level brewpub on the tail end of St-Denis with plenty of room to spread out inside. Nice selection of their own beer, which are pretty good. Food is tasty and eclectic, duck wings and welsh rarebit, mmmm. Nice friendly barmaid and mostly serious beer drinking patrons. Definitely a must visit in Montreal.
The place was crowded on this Thursday evening, somewhat difficult to find a seat. Festive atmosphere. Good selection of european-inspired beers, the czech pils is fantastic. Great food and perfect service. So glad I stopped by.
A solid brewpub in Montreal. A larger place than it seems with a terrace out back and plenty of indoor seats, although it was fairly empty on a Sunday evening. They offer around 10 house beers which seemed to be regular offerings. Most were your typical styles - blonde, hefe, pale ale, stout, porter, vienna, etc. Nothing too unique, just solid (if not boring) examples of the style. I didn’t try any of the food. Overall, seemed a chill place, it offers solid basic beer styles that should keep you happy (but not a place that makes beers that "wow" you).
