I went there the first time that I came in Brussels, like the Delirium, you heard a lot and I was young, so we went there. In my opinion, my experience was not bad but even the fact that it sounds more a place for metal music, the atmosphere is made for tourists and not really for local people, the area is full of gringos, next to the grande place. You have better areas with more local people with normal prices.
Metalbar next to the grand place with a long narrow hallway to get into the bar (which is the case for almost every second pub in the city center). Black interior with lots of sculls and coffins. Quite expensive, but they have several taps and I enjoyed the fact that corona and desperados are almost the most expensive beers in the selection. Not a bad bar, but I find the dark atmosphere less enjoyable than a traditional woody bar.
Went there with Dylan. Bit of a weird place aka, a metal place. Beer is served in skulls, tables are coffins. Service is ok, friendly. Interior is in fact quite nice. Prices are horrible though. Music is cool, and indeed not too loud. Wouldn’t recommend this place... Sorry Dylan :p
heard much about this place , finaly made it there .
first of all, its not a beerbar. its the single most awsome metalbar there is . exceptionaly good music, and FINALY a metalbar that doesnt play its music so loud you need to shout .
service, well, he was quiet, till you start talking to him . then he turned out to be realy friendly and enthousiastic . awsome !
beerlist - nothing exceptional there, but for a metalbar this hjas a very nice selection . way more than 20 bottles, more like 50 .
glasses are skulls !
tables are open graves !!
I LOVE IT
value, for this area, is very nice, yet not cheap either . but hey, from now on, this WILL be a stop each time i go to brussels !
An institution in Brussels as far as atmosphere. Once again I wonder why people keep polluting RB with a bunch of bars that have no room on RB as far as beer experience goes.
Right by the Grand Place, stoner-rock athmosphere with a little gloom, coffins and skulls. Move along, nothing here beer-worthy.
