We happened to pass by this place so we stopped in. Large central bar with some stools, then creative booths and tables with lots of malt bags scattered about, a comfortable place. House beers were the main stay, maybe they need a bit of work. Some bottle offerings as well. An OK stop if you are nearby.
Even though close to the ring road, this place is for locals as the atmosphere is nothing special and the bartender usually speaks little to no English. But if you want to try Legenda's line of beers on tap, this is a good place and they have a good variety. Sometimes they make some a bit interesting that almost no one else does like a brett, barley wine, or smoked stout. Their tap offerings change seemingly weekly.
Am on a Budapest sojourn, found this place by accident, agree with other reviews that it isnt hip, been several times and the vibe was fine and staff always friendly, a rare thing in budapest. Good range of Legenda unfiltered beers, very fair prices. Only gripe really is they seem to give each batch a separate name which means constant change which in turn means you have to start all over again each visit. Still, great go-to if youre not trying to impress a girl with your urban chic.

Visted on a day Hungary played a football match, so one customer set the TV to its loudest volume. It clearly is a locals bar. All tap beers are their own brews and as being said before no knowledge of beer is to be expected of the waitress.
Visited just after opening, the place was empty just the waitress cleaning the place. Not exactly pleasant atmosphere, the place seems stuck in the past, but not in a good way. Could use more detailed cleaning, smelled of smoke and floor cleaner. At one point the waitress was gone somewhere in the back so we had to wait to place order. Good selection of taps and bottles, but the beers on tap weren’t in best condition. There are much better options in Budapest so if you’re not looking for beer/place ticking you can skip this one.

Central pub with 9 taps of Legenda brew. Nice selection of bottles. Service was friendly but waitress hardly spoke any english, so it was hard to communicate. Free wifi available.
This bar has nine Legenda taps and a nice selection of Legenda bottles along with a few other Hungarian micro bottles. We visited on a scorching hot summer day, so this place could really have used aircondition, which most places in Budapest seem to have. The staff didn’t understand even the most basic words in English so ordering beers was a bit of a pain. This is a cash only bar, so make sure you don’t rely only on credit cards.
