This is a trendy, great-looking bar. It was packed on a Tuesday night. While it is more upscale bar, with a very good selection of beers. The food, as much as I have tasted, is excellent. Its a little pricey, but overall, a good bar.
I have been here a couple of times before, but more for the cocktails, so apparently it never got entered as a review. Doing a decent business, but not crazy on a Wednesday night. Nice outside area with a cover, which helped in the weather. Dining area and bar area have a decent ambiance. Taplist was interesting, but they were out of my first choice. I ended up in cocktail land again after one beer, but it was an enjoyable experience. If you are really interested in beer you should go around the corner to Brick Store, but Leon's is not a bad alternative if you (or your buddies) would rather dip into cocktail land.
Hip little place in Decatur town centre. Tends to cater to the young uns. Dark but atmospherically rather that dingily so. 12 beers on tap, some local but most dedicated to the great and good of USA brewing. A full can and bottle list as well, which is illustrated by a clear beer menu. Not the biggest selection but they know their beer, and quality is more important than quantity. Friendly, beer-focused and basically a good place to be.
Nicer mid to upscale hip vibe with a big outdoor patio and lots of wood tables inside, a decent sized bar as you walk in. Service was great, very nice, knew the menu well, knew enough about beer. Selection was solid, slightly rare tap list with a well selected bottle list, to be expected when owned by the brick store guys. Food was fantastic, options across the board. A bit pricey, but expected for that area of town. Definitely worth a stop!
A very nice open plan place with outdoor and indoor areas so it felt like being in a large garden room. There’s an area that’s just a bar and the rest is mainly given over to dining, with scrubbed pine tables and an uncluttered but cosy atmosphere. The food was out of the ordinary - top notch and based on locally sourced ingredients. I wondered why they didn’t serve more local beer too, although the list was pretty good, with 14 taps and around 48 bottles.

Visited late on 03/11/15. Located a stone’s throw from Brick Store. Nice upscale bar with a large outdoor area. This place features a bocce court, which is pretty cool. The tap list was modest but featured some solid options from the likes of Terrapin, Firestone Walker etc. The bottle list was pretty limited. Food and service were both great. The group next to me was eating a mussel dish that looked fantastic. Overall, this was a nice stop. I’d definitely return if I was in the area, especially if the weather was cooperating and I could enjoy the patio.
A very nice stop in Decatur, on par with Brick Store. Nice atmosphere with, lots of outdoor seating and a bocce court. Small but very well thought out draft list, haven’t explored the bottle list much but its solid. No reason not to go here.
